Introducing the BSH Global Master Trainer Certificate Program

Over the past three and a half years, I have traveled to more than 100 nations. I would like to share the special burden God has placed on my heart—and some of the fruit that has emerged from this journey.

Across the world, I have had the privilege of casting vision, building relationships with church and ministry leaders, developing networks, and sharing a variety of messages and training programs.

Along the way, key concepts such as the Four Greats, 3H, Holy Flow, Holy Rhythm, Holy Renaissance, Holy Leverage, Five Initiatives, and Fanning the Flame have been developed and refined. These concepts are now connected within one unified framework and one compelling story.

Through countless encounters, field experiences, seasons of prayer, and lessons learned, the foundational framework for the BSH Global Master Trainer Certificate Program has finally been completed. It consists of eight core sessions designed to carry the vision, values, and multiplication DNA of Billion Soul Harvest.

I am deeply grateful to see this vision reaching its final stage of development.

More than a training course

This is not a program in which participants simply listen to lectures. It uses a discovery-based, experiential approach to adult learning. Participants learn, practice, teach others, develop new leaders and disciples, and receive ongoing coaching as they multiply.

Learn → Practice → Teach → Multiply → Report → Coach

The program is not intended to depend on one well-known speaker or a small group of international teachers.

Its purpose is to establish a reproducible global training system through which local leaders in Nepal, Brazil, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, Africa, Central Asia, North America, and beyond can teach the same content with the same vision, values, and BSH DNA.

The Eight Core Sessions

1. Seeing the Harvest

This session helps participants see the nations and our generation through the heart of God. Each person and church will be equipped to develop a clear and personal Harvest Vision.

It introduces the foundational elements of the BSH vision:

  • Great Return

  • Great Harvest

  • Great Unity

  • Great Breakthrough and the 4B’s

  • BSH and the significance of 2033

  • The Five Initiatives

Participants will discover why this vision matters and learn how to connect their personal calling with God’s global mission.

2. Becoming the Messenger

Before developing ministry skills, we must develop the character and spiritual identity of the messenger.

At the heart of this session is 3H Global Leadership:

  • Holy

  • Humble

  • Hidden

The 3H life is marked by holiness, humility, and faithfulness in the hidden places. This session challenges celebrity Christianity and emphasizes servant leadership, integrity, accountability, and dependence upon the Holy Spirit.

The messenger must first become the message.

3. Living in the Holy Flow

This session focuses on our relationship with God rather than ministry performance.

Participants will explore:

  • Holy Flow

  • Holy Rhythm

  • Holy Renaissance

  • Listening Prayer

  • Walking with the Holy Spirit

The goal is to cultivate a sustainable spiritual life in which prayer, Scripture, obedience, rest, and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit become a daily rhythm.

Lasting harvest requires lasting revival.

4. Every Believer an Evangelist

Evangelism is not a ministry reserved for a few gifted individuals. It is the everyday lifestyle of every follower of Jesus.

Participants will learn to understand and communicate the gospel, prepare their personal testimonies, and share Jesus naturally and courageously in their homes, workplaces, schools, communities, and digital spaces.

Practical training will include:

  • Three-minute testimonies

  • Gospel presentations

  • Prayer for healing

  • Power evangelism

  • Youth evangelism

  • Workplace evangelism

  • Cross-cultural evangelism

  • Practical role-playing exercises

5. From Converts to Disciples

The goal is not merely to produce decisions. It is to make obedient disciples of Jesus who can make other disciples.

This session includes:

  • Follow-up

  • Discovery Bible Study

  • One-to-one discipleship

  • Small groups

  • Baptism

  • Obedience-based discipleship

  • Simple Church

  • Healthy church communities

Participants will learn how to help new believers grow into mature disciples who can reproduce their faith in others.

6. Multiplication DNA

This session develops multiplication leadership that extends beyond the capacity of one individual and produces multiple generations of leaders and disciples.

Participants will receive training in Holy Leverage—using the people, relationships, gifts, experiences, resources, technology, and platforms God has entrusted to us for greater Kingdom fruit and multiplication.

Built around the principle of 2 Timothy 2:2, the session includes:

  • Leadership Pipeline

  • Apprenticeship

  • Coaching

  • Delegation

  • Church planting

  • Next-generation leadership development

The BSH Five Initiatives will also be connected with practical multiplication strategies for communities, cities, regions, and nations.

7. Fanning the Flame

This session moves beyond the growth of one church or organization toward the development of a Kingdom movement.

Participants will be introduced to the Fanning the Flame strategy, training model, and implementation process.

The goal is to cultivate a collaborative Kingdom ecosystem in which churches, denominations, prayer movements, youth and women’s ministries, marketplace leaders, mission agencies, media, technology, and global networks work together rather than compete.

No one can fulfill the Great Commission alone.

8. Finish the Task

The final session transforms what participants have learned into practical strategies for their communities and nations.

It includes:

  • Local action plans

  • Ninety-day strategies

  • National strategies

  • Training of Trainers

  • Certification

  • Sending

  • Commissioning Prayer

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a BSH Global Master Trainer Certificate and be equipped to return to their cities and nations to begin producing measurable gospel fruit and multiplication.

Vision → Character → Spiritual Formation → Mission → Disciple Making → Multiplication → Movement → Commission

The BSH Global Master Trainer Certificate Program is more than an educational curriculum. It is a journey toward establishing a reproducible BSH Operating System that can carry the same vision, philosophy, values, and multiplication DNA anywhere in the world.

From learners to trainers.
From participants to multipliers.
From the transformation of one person to the transformation of a nation.

We are living in an urgent hour. Our prayer is that every person will have an opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Now is the time to prepare, unite, and move forward with renewed strength.

We are not simply seeking more opportunities for people to attend lectures. We are praying for the practical implementation of a multiplying gospel movement—resulting in more disciples, more leaders, more churches, and Spirit-empowered movements that continue to spread.

We are already receiving many requests for training from Nepal, Mexico, Brazil, and other nations.

Please pray with us that more BSH Global Master Trainers will be equipped, certified, and sent out quickly for the harvest.

The harvest is ready. The workers must be ready.
